All sales of RD Renko are final. We do not offer refunds.

Why no refunds?

Every user can download the full paid package and run it in NinjaTrader 8 with a fully-functional 3-day trial — automatically granted on first use by NinjaTrader itself. No signup, no license key request. This means every customer gets to evaluate the actual product in their actual setup before paying anything.

Because the trial lets you verify that RD Renko works for you before any money changes hands, we do not offer refunds once a license is purchased.

Technical support

If you experience technical issues with the paid product — such as installation problems, licensing errors, or unexpected behavior — we are committed to resolving them. Please reach out and we will work with you to fix any technical issues.

Digital license

RD Renko is a digital software license. The software itself is a free download; your purchase buys a permanent license that NinjaTrader unlocks automatically against your account. The sale is considered complete once payment is processed and NinjaTrader records the license against your user.
